WHICH INSURANCE COMPANIES DO YOU WORK WITH?
We work with all insurance companies and welcome the opportunity to service your claim. We eliminate much of the inconvenience of a typical auto claim through our associations with most auto insurance companies and their agents. State Farm Insurance Company, the nation‘s top auto insurer, has selected us as one of their elite “Select Service” preferred service providers. Please keep in mind that although your insurance company may refer you to a specific shop or provide you with a list of preferred shops, you are entitled under state law to choose where your vehicle is repaired.

CAN YOU MATCH MY PAINT COLOR?
YES. Today's modern factory finishes incorporate multiple layers of highly specialized paints. We have made a major investment in the finest paint system available and constantly upgrade our technology and equipment to ensure that each vehicle's paint matches. Our trained and certified technicians take special pride in their ability to match factory finishes as the final step in the restoration process.

MY INSURANCE COMPANY ESTIMATE SPECIFIED AFTERMARKET AND/OR LKQ PARTS. WHAT ARE THOSE?
Aftermarket parts are non-OEM parts, that is not manufactured by Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Lincoln, Mercedes, Mercury, Nissan, Pontiac, Subaru, Toyota, Volvo, Volkswagen, etc. LKQ parts, or “Like Kind Quality”, are used OEM parts. To lower the cost of the repair, your insurance company may specify either or both. You do have the right to specify new OEM parts under these circumstances, however you must pay the difference in price.

CAN I GET A RIDE HOME WHEN I DROP OFF MY CAR?
Yes, we provide a free pick-up and delivery service.

CAN I GET A RENTAL CAR?
Avis and Enterprise delivers rental cars to our facility for your convenience. We will be happy to assist you with a reservation. Verify whether or not your auto policy includes rental car coverage with your insurance agent.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THE REPAIRS TO MY VEHICLE?
Yes. We will provide you with a written Limited Lifetime Warranty in effect for as long as you own your vehicle.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE?
Your insurance company will issue payment for the total of the repairs less your deductible, if applicable. The amount of your deductible is determined by your insurance policy and your insurance company will determine whether or not the deductible will apply.

SO, WHO DO I PAY MY DEDUCTIBLE TO?
If a deductible applies, it will be your responsibility to pay it to us when you pick up your vehicle.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, checks, credit, and debit cards.
